What it costs,
before you call.

These are starting fees for full representation. Your own quote comes in writing after your consultation, once I know what's actually involved, but you shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether we're in the same range.

Consultation

From$150

  • 30 minutes, a focused question or a single decision$150
  • 60 minutes, a full assessment of your options$250
  • Priority, 60 minutes, booked within 24 hours where my schedule allows$400

Plus applicable taxes. Credited toward your service fee if you decide to work with me within 14 days. Priority slots are subject to availability. If I can't offer one in time, I will tell you rather than take the booking.

BCPNP

  • Nomination (EEBC) + permanent residence$5,000

Express Entry

Descent fees vary with the number of generations in the chain and the number of people applying together. You receive a written quote after your consultation.

Refusals & Procedural Fairness

Procedural fairness letter responses, reconsideration requests, and refusal assessments are priced case by case. The fee depends on the ground of refusal, the deadline you are working to, and how much of the underlying file has to be rebuilt, so a starting figure would tell you very little. Deadlines here are short. Book a consultation to get started.

  • All fees are in Canadian dollars.
  • Fees exclude applicable taxes. GST or HST is applied based on the client's province of residence in Canada. Clients residing outside Canada are not charged tax.
  • Fees exclude IRCC and provincial government processing fees, language tests, educational credential assessments, police certificates, medical exams, translation, and courier costs.
  • Fees are based on the complexity of the file. After your consultation you receive a written quote, which you review before deciding whether to go ahead.
  • Professional fees are generally payable in instalments tied to milestones in your file. The schedule is set out in your service agreement before you sign it. If you need a payment plan, ask. Something can usually be arranged.
  • Additional fees may apply where a file turns out to be more complex than it appeared, always discussed with you first, never applied by surprise.
