Invitation to apply
Got an invitation? Check the deadline first.
An Express Entry or BC PNP invitation starts a clock, and most delays come from documents that take weeks to get. If you have one, I can look at your file and tell you what you need and whether I can take it in the time you have.
Which clock are you on?
- Express Entry invitation to apply (from IRCC)60 days
- BC PNP Skills Immigration invitation (from WelcomeBC)30 calendar days
- Express Entry BC: after BC nominates you, IRCC then invites you60 days
Count from the date on your invitation, and confirm the exact deadline on the invitation itself. If you miss it, the invitation expires.
What I do
I review your invitation and documents, tell you what is missing and in what order to get it, prepare the application, and submit it. Fees depend on the program, and they are on the fees page: Express Entry from $4,000, BCPNP from $5,000, or $3,000 for the permanent residence application only if you are already nominated.
A consultation is $150 for 30 minutes or $250 for 60 minutes, and it is credited toward your service fee if you decide to work with me within 14 days. If your deadline is too close for me to take the file properly, I will tell you that and what to do next, instead of taking the booking.
Tell me about your invitation
I will reply with what I can do and the quickest way to start. Please do not send documents here.
Free checklist: the first 7 days
A one-page plan for the week after an invitation: which documents to order first, what to check against your profile, and where people lose time. Enter your email and I will send it.
General information only, not legal advice. Deadlines and requirements change, so check your own invitation and the official sites.
